Feature request - Voice alert for system is active

As the bluetooth integration can be intermittent (not the fault of STA) it would be a great feature to have STA make an announcement that the Alert service is active.

I have personally got around this at my home location by setting up a couple of fake speed camera's 30 yards down each road leading to my house. I set them up as a special camera type and the voice waring of "Speedtrap Alert Active". This woks well for hte home but when out and about I still feel it necessary to ope the phone and check if the alert service is actually running. A small thing I know but it would be a nice addition :-)
